Florence Fullerton is a registered Associate Member with the Canadian Association of Couple and Family Therapy and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) under the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She has a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and is working on her PhD in Clinical Psychology. Florence’s background is in addictions, grief, and trauma work. She has working experience with various cultures, and as a veteran she understands the challenges of multiple transitions. Florence’s approach is compassionate and client-centered, integrating her qualifications in Somatic Experiencing (SEI based), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Based Training, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Florence works with individuals (both youth and adults), couples and families from all walks of life to discover their own unique path to wellness through a trauma-informed lens. Sometimes, clients come into counselling with experiences that have left them feeling helpless, powerless, or yearning for better ways to cope. Florence enjoys supporting clients in their journey of healing through a strength-based approach that helps clients grow their own insight, nurture their resiliency, and improve the relationships they have. Kristen graduated from Trinity Western University with her Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Certificate in Human Services. Kristen offers supportive services for those seeking virtual sessions, to explore challenges like stress, coping, emotional regulation, and overall wellness.

Kristen also (when applicable) integrates her work experience from various non-profits, church ministry, and her education to empower individuals to explore their values and own lived experience in meaningful ways. Kristen finds great joy in walking alongside clients to provide guidance on spiritual matters, care and support for clients to explore faith and spiritual questions.

Emmett Aronson is a graduate of Yorkville University’s Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a bachelor in Youth Ministry at Prairie College. Emmett works with families, couples, children and youth on challenges such as grief and loss, anxiety and depression and biblical counselling.
